Cold Storage Panels
Excellent Thermal Insulation: Low thermal conductivity delivers superior heat insulation performance, effectively stabilizing indoor temperature and reducing refrigeration energy consumption.
Premium Fire Resistance: Adopts high-quality fireproof raw materials, featuring flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties, meeting industrial fire safety standards.
Durable & Corrosion Resistant: Smooth compact surface resists moisture, rust, corrosion and aging, adapting to humid and low-temperature cold storage environments.
Easy Installation & Customizable: Lightweight and integrated panel design, fast to assemble and disassemble, supporting customized size and thickness for diverse projects.
Good Sealing & Hygiene: Tight splicing structure avoids air leakage, dust-proof and mildew-proof, ensuring clean and stable cold storage interior environment.
- Exceptional Thermal Insulation (Low Lambda Value): The closed-cell structure of our PIR foam core provides an extremely low thermal conductivity (λ-value) as low as 0.021 – 0.023 W/(m·K), which is superior to most other insulation materials like EPS or rock wool. This directly translates to thinner wall constructions for the same insulation performance or significantly lower energy costs for refrigeration systems.
- Structural Integrity with Lightweight: Despite their lightweight nature, the sandwich construction gives the panels high compressive strength and excellent load-bearing capacity. They can be used for walls, roofs, and ceilings, simplifying construction and reducing the need for additional supporting frameworks.
- Hygienic & Easy to Clean: The panels feature a seamless, joint-less surface (using tongue-and-groove or cam-lock connections) and are faced with non-porous, FDA-compliant steel sheets. This design prevents moisture ingress, inhibits bacterial growth, and allows for easy cleaning with high-pressure water or steam, which is mandatory in food and pharmaceutical environments.
- Fire Safety Performance: Our PIR core panels are available with fire-retardant additives, achieving up to Class B1 / Class 0 / Euroclass B-s1,d0 fire ratings, significantly improving building safety compared to standard combustible insulation.
- Fast & Modular Installation: The panels are prefabricated to precise dimensions with integrated jointing systems. This allows for rapid, dry-assembly on-site, dramatically reducing construction time, labor costs, and project delays, which is crucial for fast-track logistics projects.
